Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Build and deploy workstations, laptops, and related hardware.
- Provide detailed reporting of incidents and problems within ticketing system.
- Assist and lead in IT projects.
- Prepare and update documentation.
- Search for methods to improve IT systems and procedures during downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service to the client.
- Networking (routing/switching)
- Telepresence support (audio/visual)
- Provide technical support for contract- and company-related projects and products, including, but not limited to, providing system access and permissions, resetting passwords, and system administration.
- Manage and triage all incoming IT support emails into the IT Ticketing System and direct to the necessary support queue, escalating requests to the appropriate functional team, as needed.
- Support the resolution of Tier I, II, and III tickets
- Support a wide range of users by responding quickly to user needs and utilizing support procedures in a timely manner.
- Consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
- Provide after hours on-call support as assigned.
- Establish effective working relationships with end users and managers.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Support team processes and procedures.
- Provide help desk reports on reported issues.
- Configure end user devices such as workstations tablet and/or phones for end users.
- Support technology assignments given from IT Director that may include Microsoft technology, Cisco technologies, specific line of business applications, system management, and deployment. Other items may be assigned according to business needs and directives.
- Work in collaboration with all team members to ensure completion of support request and tickets.
- Create detailed documentation of systems configurations and set up. This will include updating as the setup changes or is modified.
- Responsible for installation and response to antivirus and malware threats detected on systems.
- Apply security patches, software updates, and deployments as directed by change control process.
- Work after hours and on weekends to troubleshoot and do required maintenance on technology.Act as first response to system monitoring alarms and escalating when necessary.
- Manage and maintain MFC (multi-function copier) throughout organization.
- Troubleshoot company-issued cellular phones, desktop phones, tablets, and other peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot to root cause with additional action step of results being shared with team leads and/or director.
Requisitos e qualificações
- 3-5 years’ experience desired.
- Experience with the following technologies: Windows 10, 7, Office 365 Administration, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Mobile Phone support using BYOD, Cisco WebEx, Imaging Software, Kaseya, Enterprise Virus Protection and Encryption, Network Troubleshooting-VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Windows Servers, RSA, MacAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, BitLocker, Cisco Phone Systems and Voicemail, ServiceNow, Paragon, VMware, HyperV, PowerShell, Mac, Adobe CC support.
- Certifications desired: A+, Security +, and MCSA.
- Certifications a plus: Network +, ITIL Foundations.
- Ability to work in collaboration with teams and customers.
